Chicken Breast Cutlet

This is one of those recipes that you simply can't mess it up even if you try. (lol). It is so simple and quick to make.

Ingredients:

4c Premium Bread Crumbs
- 4 Chicken Breast

- About 2 cups of Italian Bread crumb or Plain Crumb but you will have to add about 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning. I used 4c Premium Bread Crumbs.

 - About 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese or more to your taste

- About 1/2 inch of olive oil based on the size of your frying pan you are using

- 2 Eggs 


Instruction: 

- Prepare your chicken breast by cleaning and pat drying. Then, cut your chicken breasts in half.

- Pound the breasts until the breasts are nice and flat or close to paper thin. Thinner the better and faster it will cook.

- In a plate or a bowl, mix your bread crumb, grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning if you are using Plain Bread Crumb.

- In a pan or a bowl, have eggs cracked open and beaten.

- Turn your stove to medium-high heat and wait for your oil to heat.

- Meantime, soak your chicken breast in the egg wash and then into the bread crumb mixture both sides.

- Shake off the excess bread crumb and fry them in the hot oil.

- Cook until the chicken breasts are nice and golden brown or cooked through. About 4 to 5 minutes both side. So, you have to keep an eye on it.

 - And you are done. Serve them hot or warm.
